Our Ensamblaje Tinto is a blend of native black varieties from the Canary Islands, showcasing the amazing terroir of northern Tenerife. The grapes are harvested and vinified separately in very different conditions and in different microclimates.
Our Ensamblaje Tinto has a powerful, earthy aroma with hints of black pepper, mushrooms and jammy black fruits. On the palate it is firm, fresh and full bodied, with the savoury, spicy character of the wine shining through. A perfect wine to pair with earthy, rustic dishes such as mushroom risotto and red meats.
