Viñátigo "Wine’S’Cool Sunday Fun Day" at Toronto's Archive wine bar

Last Sunday, April 23, our winery offered a Wine'S'Cool Sunday Fun day" at the famous Archive wine bar in Toronto, led by Celia Méndez, our commercial director for Canada and the United States.

A perfect opportunity to learn first-hand about the Bodegas Viñátigo project, the volcanic soils of Tenerife and our unique grape varieties.

We tasted a wide selection of Viñátigo wines, from current vintages to vintage gems that Josh Corea (owner of Archive) had kept in the cellar: a 2017 Elaboraciones Ancestrales Blanco that left us impressed, and a Laderas de Teno 2017 that was spectacular.

The wines were paired with a traditional recipe from Tenerife, Rabbit in salmorejo.
